I had appointed Mr. Shastri Mobile Nos : 09819 440 599 to teach my son who is appearing for SSC in March 2013.
The terms of agreement was he will teach my son at home beginning 10 Dec 13 untill the exams get over.
The subjects to be taught were Algebra, Geometry and Science, he was to teach my son at home 4 days a week.
The agreed sum was INR 30000 untill the exams.
I paid him INR 5000 cash and balance by cheques.
Firt week he taught for 4 days and then from 17-dec-12 onward sent his assistant to conduct test for 8 days.
When contacted on 25-Dec-12 as to when he will resume teaching he informed he takes vacation of 10days every year and was in Gujarat and will resume after 05-Jan-13. I told him he never informed us at the time of agreement, he suggested he will make up for time loss by extra tutions.
He resume to teach on 08-Jan-13 and taugh on 05 days that is on 08th, 09th, 10th, 16 and 19th.
When we told this was not acceptable and he is very irregular he said that he has taken money to teach the syllabus and he has completed the syllabus to Algebra and Geometry. Science syllabus will eb completed in due course.
Finally on 28-Jan-13 he sent sms saying he will be resuming teaching on 09-Feb-13.
He did not respond to phone calls, I wrote him sms saying if he did not revert I will make suitable complaint. He has threatened by saying if Making complaint is more important than child’s career I should go ahead.
I have lodged a NC in D N Nagar Police Station and will follow up with an application to see that such kind of teachers do not spoil future of children.
He his guilty of :
1. Non provisionof services despite taking full charge.
2. He has not even provided the receipt for the amount received by him.
3. He has threatened to spoil the career of a student.
4. I beleive he has committed similar kind of fraud with innumerable parents/ students
I want strong action to be taken against this person.
