Name of company/service: Standard Chartered Bank

we have our connect n save accounts in the standard chartered bank since 2011, and from last year we easily redeem our reward points in the form of airtel talktime, but from june’2012 no redemption of reward points is being done as bank’s representative said us that there is no more tie-up between airtel & stan-chart so do not get any taktime and for this we got cash back in our account/s, so we complaint for it on both email and phone banking but they got every time a new procedure to redeem the points but every procedure they told us got fail, and they are not giving the taktime/ cash equivalent to our reward points.. it is so shame service of this corporate bank, and i need a urgent feedback on this issue as how RBI provide permission to run these banks who do not gave any proper service to their customers.
