Settlement of Claim

Really, I have a very bad experience with the service of this company. I never think of such poor service by a brand name like EdelWeiss.

It takes 5-6 times to connect to the customer care representative. In case if it is connected, during the call the call connects to the other customer of EdelWeiss, I don’t know the reason but most of the times it happens.

Apart from all these the main concern is the claim settlement, you ask for maximum 20 days to settle the claim but more than 30 working days is over and i didn’t get any claim amount.

It is being said by the customer care representative that “It willl take 2 more working days to get the update” but on completion of 2 days when I call the CCR they say the same thing. It is just like making me fool

I hope I have wasted my time and money. I have taken a wrong decision to buy the insurance cover from such a company for whom the customer is just a fool.
