SERVICING OF MOBILE PHONE

Name of company/service: MP STATE FOOD CRAFT INSTITUTE

I had bought IDEA ZTE phone model no ,V880 from Jabalpur on 6/9/12
After 5 months the phone started hanging and stopping and ultimately I had to visit the service center at Civil lines Jabalpur.
Since then I had been continuously approaching them, but they say that the parts are not available, the moment it will come, the job will be done.
I tried to contact the customer care- but they even could not answer.

So my complain is that when IDEA company does not does not have that capability to have spare parts at service center, then why are they selling the product.

I am forced to address this matter to the consumer cell so that I can have my phone at the earliest.
My Job profile is such that It is very impossible to run an institution without having phone nos and phone.
