I have bought an Dell Ins15 3521 i3/4/500/Int/TS/W8 on 9th July 2014 and from the 1st day i have having problems with it. Laptop hangs on a continuous basis, couple of keys are not working properly, there are many spots lines on the display screen. I have complained for the same many a times to the Dell customer care and dropped them complain mail also, While taking a feedback call also I complained regarding the same but till date after 3 months I have not received any update or solutions from them. Its really a ridiculous service from Dell India.
I request to please take a serious action against them as there service are really pathetic and I want my money back.
I purchased it from Chroma, Rohini, Delhi under Invoice No SAF02A02003000037 on 9th July 2014.
