I have made a complain to IFB costomer care and have a complain registered with No. 9018878, but for the last 6 days party is not coming for servicing inspite of daily phone and the false promise that person will visit by today evening and giving the excuse that the spare part ( bottom stand) is not in stock, this stand is not avaialable in market and have to book through customure care only
