Services Stopped without informing

This Complaint is regarding the services stopped by Airtel without informing me and started charging.
I have Airtel Mobile no. 9004021880 & 9004660707, calling between both the number was free as 9004660707 is an add on card for 9004021880. The add on card was given to me by saying that the calls between both the number will be free. But since last 2 months it is cargeable to me. I complaint this to Customer care, they said i should contact any Airtel Gallery and ask them to create a PARENT A/C, i went to the Outlet in Chembur Diamond Garden and they gave me form for the same. When i went there with the documents & form, they rejected my form and were rude to me. They said there is nothing called as Parent account and we have stopped the services which you use to get. If you want that services then you have to pay Rs 49 every month.

They are asking me Money for the Services i was getting free.
