services regarding voltas split ac 1.5 ton

sir i purchased a 1.5 ton split ac of voltas from sahil electronics shop 69 sarojini nagar market new delhi 110023.
dated 5/5/12. on 1/3/13 i shifted my ac from one house to another through voltas during dismantling ang again refixing they broken the flap. after this there is a water leakage problm on 10/5/13 and i launched acomplaint. person came from voltas and siad ac is not properly fitted it has to be refitted again to solve the problm permanantly. he made some temporary ajdustment in the pipe for dat he took 350 bugs from me. my problm is solved bt the problem come again now n i also launched a complaint regarding cooling. person came from voltas and said gas is less and we have to refill it and charges are 1800. I have all the bills of dismatling and installation from voltas and i went for company person because i thought they are good and there will be no promlem in future. now i am calling to voltas but they are saying your ac is not in warrenty and u have to pay for everything for gas refilling and for again refixing. gas leakage occur during dismantling and reinstallation. please help me out. my no is 09891228982
