Services not delievered on the sim purchase

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have been called by the executive of Tata Docomo, they have offered me some plans on a purchase of a new sim. i have purchased the new sim from one of the executive of at my office,with the condition that the same number would be port to the new sim, that i am using. Now a month has complted, they have not provided any service to me, inspite of being calling the executives several times and registering the complaint. i have submitted all the necessary documents that are required for the purchase of the sim.
