SERVICES DEACTIVATED

Dear Sir,
Wish to inform you that I m using cell no 9898625831 since five year & services fm provider suspended last 20 days. I have call several time to customer care & also visited at their local office fr above .According to customer care I have to visit at ur local office & pay extra 25 Rs only to activate my sim. By following their guideline I visited thier local office on 21.06.12.But I have been informed by the representative of airtel that my sim no have been allotted to other customer & not possible to activate.
Pls note that at the time of deactivation my balance were around 600 Rs.
Therefore pls advise me what process I hv to follow to activate same sim no.I am not getting proper response neither fm local office & nor fm customer care.As their services is deactiveted, I can’t compalain into their web site.
