Dear Sir,

i have Purchased product from Flipkart I am total disappoint with the worst service. Need your help to resolve the issue ,

1. after purchased I am follow up with customer care but no positive reply.
2. If I have mail to your customer care then I will received answer from flipkart after 6 Days.

Sir I am purchased laptop due to I need urgently, After purchased not use this product a single day, i ahve received a defective product after that i have log a comp lent there web site and call center no buddy visited or no buddy provide the service , i need replacement of product and flipkart cheating me .I have follow up with your customer care and send mail to your customer care with flipkart md also but no possitive reply received.

Requested you please look in to matter and help to resolve the issue.
