Service in Warranty period.

With the above mentioned details my mobile phone Karbonn A27+ was given to the authorized service center in Jamshedpur on 09th Aug. 2014.

I took it to the service center for updation but after service it did not get swiched on.
They asked me a months time around 30 days to get it repaired through their headquarter.

After a month i.e. on 09th Sept. I rang them back on 07870039999 and they asked me to wait for more 15 days. On 26th of Sept. I rang them again but they are asking indefinite time saying when it comes back to them they would inform without giving any exact date and time.

Meanwhile in the beginning only they asked me to get the status of my phone on the toll free no of the company i.e. 18001024660 but they don’t pick the phone after several times of my ringing to them.
