Service Termination problem

Location/place: Kolkata

I was having a Airtel Broadband Service (03340718698) which i surrendered after paying the last pending bill on 19/6/2012 by calling the customer care through service request NO 17422680 and by a followup email to the customer care for service disconnection and raise a proportinate bill for the remaning days.But after this requests i was getting regular calls to reinstead the connection which i never wanted to in any occation. To my surprise i found they have sent me a bill for the entire month and the connection kept active. When i contacted the customer care they said i have agreed to keep my connection so they have sent the bill for entire month which is an utter lie.Infact under any circumstances I have agreed to keep my connection active till now they are repeating the same tone and have not disconnected myline .
I have sent a mail to the nodal officer but there was no reply.Now they have added another months bill and say i have requested to keep the connection active.
All my service request no are 17422680 dt 19.6.2012 ,18872446 dt 18/7/2012, 20119304 dt 8/12/2012.

Please suggest what should i do in this situation? they are harrasing me to accept that i have requested to keep the connection active and continue with their connection.
