SERVICE TERMINATION COMPLAINT

Location/place: PUNE MAHARASHTRA

Name of company/service: TATA PHOTON+ BROAD BAND SERVICE

I had emailed to [email protected] for disconnection of my TATA DOCOMO Service No 9225601080 before six month, because it was not in use and had paid all dues at that time. they replied me to do disconnect my service permanently, i have no due and will not generate any bill further. after sending requests again and again they did not disconnected my service till now and generates bills and call me to pay bill continuously. please solve my problem.
