I’ve raised the request with the customer care of the Eureka Forbes, almost 15 days now, it is still not addressed. Below are the details,
This has reference to the Service Request# 80940147, I’ve logged the complaint on 31st of March’2015 (which is as per the Customer Care Records), but I believe the request was made some days before that, my concern here is,
It’s been more than 15 days now, the issue still stands un-resolved. Thus, I’m writing to you, hoping this will get addressed ASAP and again do not turn deaf ears.
The machine I’ve is Aquasure (Elegant RO) and have been using for almost 5 years. 9 months back i shifted to another area in Bangalore (Doddanekundi) and hence took AMC from new vendor of that area – DEEPU SOLUTIONS. The AMC was taken on 12’th March and that time the Tap was already half broken.
I asked person who came to give AMC to change the same. He told this is not covered in contract. I told its fine and i will pay him. But then his response was that he does not have a new tap and promised to come next day and replace the tap.
After that he did not come and also stopped responding. Even when i called DEEPU SOLUTIONS no response from their side as well.
Again i contacted Eureka Forbes and rasied my compalin but still after 5-6 times of followup from my side, i did not receive any call from their side that there will be a service person who will be coming.
Also today after holding line for 30 mins on customer care number of Eureka Forbes i could not get it to customer care executive. This is really bad.
I’ve lost all my patience now, cannot take the frustration any more.
