i have bought this bike on 14/11/2012 and my bike number is AP 10 BC 0062
and from day 1 my bike is troubling me and i was trying explain the same to the service people and customer care too but no 1 is responding for my mails calls after a long request now they are telling that the parts will not come in warranty when my message very clear to them that i got the bike defected and i mailed them again on the same saying about my problem after that there is no response to my mails and call so i request you to resolve my issue on urgent basis as i bought this bike on loan and i am paying the emi and i am not using the bike too.
