I am really disappointed the way I am getting services by Symphony Coolers. Last month I purchased a cooler (Windows 51) of Symphony but it was faulty and did not get resolved yet. I registered 1st complain (ND-KS-16F14009) on 16th June and two engineers were sent by company but they could not resolved the issue and said that we’ll send another folks tomorrow but complain was closed with message “Your complaint No. ND-KS-16F14009 has been resolved” on 18th June. I re-registered complain (ND-KS-18F14047) and received a call next day that said i’m coming to resolve your issue but did not come. I call him after waiting some time then he told me i’ll come when some required parts will available but i received a message by company “Dear Customer, we’re unable to contact you since last four days. So we have closed your complaint now”. I have all communication records.I call many persons of company but they did not resolve the issue.
Please help me to resolve the issue asap.
