Service Complain for Kent RO SYSTEM. we have done AMC contract with ALEX HOME APPLIANCE KOLKATA. They promised to provide 3 annual service along with the fault complain service. After a year of contract they came back for renewal of the AMC, we found out that only one service is given and two fault complain service. We asked them to give remaining service they refused to give any further service until we renew the AMC contract.
