Name of company/service: samsung mobile service center
as i am using Samsung gt-i9003 model mobile phone from 1.9.2011. i got touch problem on the phone i gave it to the Samsung service center the replace the touch on may2012 from then i getting many other problems on the phone continously. i gave 4 times for the service but the problem is still not rectified by them. i ask for replace but they refusedfor it.
i am helpless
kindly guide for further action
