service porblem

I’m from Barasat.My Indane gas consumer no is: 17175667. I have booked at 16-05-2012 which refill no is: 412135 and cash memo no is:12151.my complain is the Indane Gas distributor do not give me gas cylinder at proper time.Every time I haraged by the distributor. What can I do in such situation ??
