It’s the way the issues are neglected by the dealers on the service part. till the time the car was under warranty, there seems to be no issue with the car for any complaints and they simply clean the filters and change the oils and clean bring the performance to a little bit of the mark and wipes off the complaints by putting it forward as it is psychological and soon as the warranty period is over, they don’t leave even a single thing with out checking and try to find all possible issues in the car. I am trying to notify about about the RPM variation, pick up variation, engine vibration and Suspension being stiff , for last more than one year with National Auto Wheels, Pune, however, there doesn’t seem to be any issue from their point of view, and I even notified this issue last to last month with Concorde Motors,Pune, and even they could find the issue, now, all of a sudden, the Suspension Bush has gone bad, the radiator fan has gone bad, the ignition coil has gone bad, the clutch cable has gone bad, and so on. My confusion is, how come these parts go bad only after the warranty is over, as if a timer has been set for these parts to go bad only after warranty period. Why were the diagnostic expert check these issues when the car was taken to them 2 months ago with the similar issue, is it not a concern if the mileage has dropped?, is it not their duty to listen the customer’s issue with the complete ear’s open, I will wait for 2 days and then I will file a case int he consumer forum for the answer.
