I have installed 1 ton Voltas window Air conditioner one half year back. It was working well till 06.06.2012. I called the 24 hour call center (18004254555) on 07.06.2012 morning, and lodged the complaint. the complaint no. is 12JU0700549. the call center person informed that with 24 hours technician shall visit my residence. After remainder the technician visited on 08.06.2012 evening and the pcb is having problem, “i will take to the service center and get it repaired”. the pcb service charge rs 750/- and the visiting charges rs 400/- as told by the technician. I paid rs 500/- advance to the technician and requested to set right the problem at the earliest as the whether is so horrible. Since 11.06.2012 every day i am calling the customer care and asked for the status. But till now 14.06.2012 at 7.00 pm whether they have not set right the air conditioner nor they give any information. Surprisingly the parts are not available in Chennai? even after i agreed to pay as per their charges. Due to above reason my self & my daughter 10 yrs old used to sleep in the terrace & both of us got malaria and taking treatment now. Is anybody help me to get justice.
