Name of company/service: Bajaj
I have a cooler of Bajaj, there is some problem in it, I have registered a complain in authorised service centre (Multiservices Kothrud Pune) of bajaj 5 day ago( i.e. 27/04/2013) and they have told me that their engineer will come and repair cooler in the very next day, after registration of complain i have called them many times but their is no any response from them.
Finally they respond to my call and their words are” Do your cooler service from any other service centre”
This is the fact of service centres ..
