Service not yet provided after taking money

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Mr. Dinesh from Tata Docomo has approached to provide the postpaid connection in the existing Account of the Docomo. As requested I helped him with every way possible (documents and money). The time he requested to start the service was initially a day. But it’s a week over and still my service has not yet activated. and I am unable to trace them as they have not intimated me what is going on actually.

    All salesmen are taught to talk big with million promises at the point of sale. Perhaps this shall be a first step to be careful with all honey talk. After the sale you are treated like an idiot. This is habit in this country. I have also had my experiences and have learnt the hard way not to trust any Indian.
