Service not terminated after 4 months of the termination reqeust date

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Reliance Broadband

I have been Reliance broadband customer for over a period of more the 2 year since 2010 to April 2012. When I shift my house to other location I given a closure request by calling reliance customer care on 9 April 2012. Unfortunately I couldn’t write the complaint no at that time. I paid the last bill in full. after few days I got another will of 393, and when I called customer care they told me that your connection is in safe custody mode and you will keep getting this bill of 393 every month. I told them I given request for closure of the service not for safe custody. again I told them to close my service. in the mean time I keep getting calls from recovery department of reliance for the bills. I called them many times and asked for closure of the service as I wasn’t using that. on 3 July 2012 I given one more request #182372122. On 5 July 2012 I called again and asked for the status they told there is not status for that complaint no. I again requested them to close the service and again I got the service request no 182548908. on 27 July 2012 I called again and asked for the status I was told that your service is still in safe custody mode and it will take 30 days to process you closure request. I am no willing to pay the bill for the duration after 9 April 2012 as I already request for service closure. Kindly do the needful to close my broadband service with Reliance.
