Sir, I have a MTS Datacard (8459910127) registered on Name Vijay Kumar Pal. I did last payment for this number on 7th March,2013 worth Rs. 641. But after using ~5-6 days, I started facing speed issues( as unable to open a site , tower not available). For these issues, I raise a complain in MTS Customer care ( Complain number: C13-50688339) on 13th March and they promise me that issue will be resolved within 1 week. But even after 1 week, issue was not resolved , so, I again raised a complain(complain no: C13-50811604) for the same issues, this time they told me that they were facing some serious technical issues in South Delhi area and promised it to be resolved by 10th April, but even after 10th April , the issues was not resolved. So, I didnt pay the monthly bill as I was not able to use the service.Also, I get calls from the MTS team daily related to payment but till date my problem hasn’t been resolved and ask to pay for the amount. I will term this as harassment and want to stop this effective immediately. I am planning to file a legal complaint against this, if this is not resolved.
