Name of company/service: Airtel
I have made a recharge of Rs 35 on my Airtel number on 1 March 2013 at 4:29pm online.
the promised service was to reduce call rates to ‘Local Airtel to Airtel 20p/min, Local others 30p/min for 30 days’
but it dint made any effects and I paid Rs.1.5p/min and I had a loss of total Rs(450+35= Rs485) for 25 days.
for betterment of service I made the complaint at the centres of Airtel but the action they took or not made no effect.
