After the company’s executive was calling again and again, my mom agreed to pay ₹4500 for my brother’s (Gaurav Shukla’s) profile. The moment we paid the money, the executive who called us stopped picking up our calls..Then we escalated to their customer no, told our concern 4 times then also from them we have not received any resolution and they also stopped picking up our calls..
I have escalated this issue to various other sites as well, if you guys are seriously professional then please have the decency to refund us our money if your pathetic company is not able to provide customer’s service.
