service not provided against of plan.

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

I am using the reliance CDMA no.9304151512 in kerala in roaming. I have made the recharge of 59 rs. at 24/07/2012 at 10:53 pm.to use the night pack but when i was making the call my main balance has been deducted & i am not able to use this plan.I have already talked to reliance customer care several time but one person is saying this plan is not of 59 this is of 69 & one is saying this is of 59. i already talked to 6 people in customer care all person are saying differnt. One executive told to me that she will return 59 rs as a form of recharge within 24 hrs. one is saying there is no any provison. shortly neither i am using the service nor i am geting that amount credited in my account. while i have the message as well as erecpit of this service.
