SERVICE NOT PROPER AND ISSUE OF SUB STANDARD ITEM

I HAD PURCHASED A HCL ME LAPTOP ON 27 OCT 2010 AT HCLSTORE.IN I HAD RECEIVED THE LAPTOP SO LATELY ON 09 NOV 2010. ON TOP OF THAT THE LAPTOP IS NOT CORRECTLY CONFIGURED. THE LAPTOP IS OF SUB STANDARD THE BATTERY LIFE IS NOT EVEN 2 HRS IN STAND BY MODE AS AGAINST THE 4 HOURS 45 MINUTES AS CLAIMED BY THE COMPANY I HAD LODGED A COMPALINT REGARDING THE SAME ON 22 NOV 2010 THE COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 22B100085 AND TILL TODAY 25 NOV 2010 NO BODY HAD COME TO REPAIR THE SAME INSPITE OF ME HAVING A ONSITE WARRANTY.
