Service not met which is promised

Hi Team,

I have booked the ticket to bangalore to shirdi for 2 passengers in www.redbus.in site.
It takes 18hrs long journey. My friend has suffering frm back pain. and caused serious injury. Thats why we booked luxuries bus service which i have mentioned above. seat number 45, 46.

When we board to bus, the seats doesnt have pushback options and not comfortable to sit.

And we got the rash response from the driver, service man, and manager and they told there is pushback setting in the seat mentioned.
