I am SK Samim. I had problem with my tv , so I called sansui service centre number mentioned on the Tv i.e.39404040 and toll free no 18004194040 and by complaint no was BAN0905120582, then one service person attended and replaced some board and charged Rs12,250.then he gave some reciept which mentioned vedeocon service centre with toll free no 1800-881-4040 and 39404040. Then within few hours the tv stopped working. Then I called the technician mobile no 7899214121. but this mobile is switched off generally. I even called customer care again(1800-881-4040) and logged a complaint again( BAN1406120427) on 14th june. We were informed that action will be taken in 24 hrs,then we got a message saying complaint ticket has been closed without doing any repair or visiting my place. Then I called up customer care and asked about the status. They logged another complaint on same day. WE got a service engineer’s number and when I called him, he said he will not visit my place and he is not informed about any such request. I called different customer care number (08039404040) almost 15-20 times and same reply i got that they will escalate this to senior management but nothing is done. Again on Tuesday , 24th of April 2012 I called almost 10-12 times and asked about the status but again same reply.
please take actions on them.
I think they are some service company.
