Service not Delivered in TAT

Hi,

1st time submitted my handset on 31st oct 2011.

Ph had a problem of battery heating up,censor deactivation,ph hanging
Work Order No.-GUR/BB/11/01792
They kept the phone for 12 days and repaired

2nd time submitted my handset on 23rd nov 2011
Work Order No.GUR/bb/11/08166
Ph had a error –JVM Error 517
Repaired and returned

3rd time submitted my handset on 03/1/2012
Work Order No.: GUR/BB/11/09798
Ph had a error –JVM Error 517
Still with the service centre no action taken.

Again it came back and again i had submitted my ph on 16th jan2012

I am not happy using BB9900 anymore, with loss of data, time and money
