Service not delivered after payment

Location/place: Durgapur

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I recharged my Tata docomo mobile number with Rs 76 from the company’s online recharge portal. It is a special tariff voucher which offers 1000 free minutes of docomo to docomo local calling for 30 days. But after successful recharge also the service is not working. I called up customer care of the above mentioned company and their representative said it will not work in burdwan district though no such information was provided in their website. I saw the above mentioned plan in the circle I am presently in and recharged but the company is also not ready to give me a refund also or the mentioned service. I feel this is withholding of necessary information from a customer. I hope your department will kindly look into the matter and arrange for a refund or give me the promised service. I would also like to ask u to take suitable steps such that these kind of problems dont arise me or other customers.
