Service misguidance

Location/place: A3-303 Atria Appartment, Lane No. 13, Tingre Nagar, Pune

Name of company/service: Sify Broadband

I am Karan Chandrawanshi and I have been shifted Tingre Nagar since 30th April, 2012. I have asked Sify Broadband for his Broadband Service and selected a plan(plan code Q1HF-512kbps) of Rs 814/- per month. With in 15 days my plan was changed to BG3D-256kbps of Rs 296/- without giving any prior leagal information to me. When 1 month was over and I was going to renew my plan that time I came to know that my plan had been already changed without informing me. Initially I asked customer care to provide me details on this. He said may be your local opertaor has changed it and refused me to provide more details. I raised a complaint. Also he told me that local operator will be in your home within 24 hrs. Now currently 3 days gone and no one visited my home from Sify Broadband.
