I am a resident of Ujjain which comes under M.P & Chattisgarh circle. I subscribed for a postpaid connection of airtel in october. i was not properly informed by dealers about the plan & due to data usage my bill was more than 6000 for first two months. I contacted dealers in my city but they were not helpful at all. after many tries I was able to contact airtel helpline & got my queries answered.I then offered to pay the bill in full but local dealers stopped me from doing so. They assured me that they will get the amount reduced & it will not effect my services which was a lie & in my peak business season i.e. around Diwali my services were blocked causing a substantial loss of business. I constantly kept in touch with dealers but they kept putting me off. I was frustrated & changed numbers. Now after 3 months someone from recovery team started calling my family & talked in rude language. when they contacted me they threatened me of legal action in a very rude language. they told me to contact the local authorised dealer & settle my bill. For this I once again contacted dealers on 11 march 2013. They told me that thay will get my amount reduced & will contact me very soon. Since that day i have called them every day but they have yet not responded. On the other hand airtel recovery team is making rude calls to me & my family.I never had any intention for not paying for services but local dealers are not helping me.
