Service issues and mental harassment

Hi,

This is Sunil Kumar Kushwaha living in 431/7 J-2 Gupta Colony Sangam Vihar, New Delhi 110062.

I was using a MTS number 8459905035 for internet till Feb 2012 and having problem related to internet speed in Device which they commit is 3.2mbps but never got any solution for this i have complaint several times.

I was using this number as prepaid but not getting a speed i have made a complaint regarding speed then they call me “Sir please make it postpaid then you will get right speed” at that time i clearly told them if i will not got the speed then i will never make the payment but they says definitely sir you will never face any problem after making it postpaid, After that i got it prepaid to postpaid, but the problem is still on the way i never got the speed.

Then i make a complaint against this but they told me “we will make a visit to your home and your problem will be resolve” but till the date i never get any visitor from that company or services. Finally i have made a decision to not make payment. I have all the proof for that.

I have got many calls for bill payment my statement always same as i said “if my problem will be resolve then will make payment” but they never make it resolve and they give it to some kind of bad guys and they were regular abusing and miss behaving on phone.

Please suggest me what do and how to do. As i have got a legal notice for my payment and a call from police officer Satpal from ITO.
