I do not know from where to start i thing tata being such a big company poor poor customer service when it comes to communciation from call centre agents to filed offfers .
If your are not able to communciate the worst part will be customer service.when called not able to check my id even repated 10 times transfred to a supervisor who was looking at a diffrent id transfrerd to some senior does not know what going on said call u back within 2 hrs. waited called back again said 2 hrs final after repated repated calls some one called same things 2 hrs. WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Now let be start i file a complaint on June 17, 2013 that iam not able to view any channels complaint no 1-21213904156. got a message complaint on hold no courstey to call back and inform why. i have to called back and check called agent said local cable opertor issues went ahead checked if any issues with local cable opertaor he said no such issues with tata sky.
My question is if you had this issues why u installed tata sky at my premises. now here what is wrriten on the tata sky web site
Procedure and benchmarks for redressal of complaints through the call centres.
Procedure- Tata Sky subscriber (“Subscriber”) should call the Tata Sky 24×7 helpline to lodge complaint with the call centre. Tata Sky associates are trained to answer Subscriber queries in 13 languages. On receipt of the Subscriber call, the associate shall register the Subscriber’s complaint and issue a docket number to the Subscriber.
Benchmark- In case of complaints relating to non- receipt of all signals (other than those caused by disturbances of weather or natural calamities) by Subscriber, at least ninety per cent of all such complaints shall be redressed and signals restored within a period of twenty-four hours of the receipt of complaint;
In case of complaints (other than non receipt of signals) by Subscriber, at least ninety per cent of all such complaints shall be redressed within a period of forty-eight hours of the receipt of complaint.
All other complaints shall be addressed as early as possible.
Since you are not able to provide services i said go ahead and discontinue my services and also refund my money. plus i will file a complaint in the local court regarding loss of days and mental harrsement caused by the company. and also iam seeking compensation of 1 lacs for your comapny. i will ask all those tata subscriber to united themselves and file a complaint and seek compensation for the same if they have any issues which are not resolved.
