I purchased my mobile Meizu M3s complete LCD Screen and touchscreen assembly on 4th August 2018 from online company Maxbhi.com working from 318, 3rd Floor, Network Plaza, Saraswati Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi 110005, Contact [email protected]
Ph: 9599197756 . Company deloverd it to me by courier within 5-6 days of order vide order no-1148624
And i paid money by my card online. After the product reached to me I got fixed it with Trained Technician . The product worked fine for 3-4 days but after that touch of my screen stopped working and made online complaint to the company by Complaint id-6733 on 18th August 2018, After one day i got email that my request has been declined by citing reason Further this LCD with Touch Screen for Meizu m3s comes with a warranty seals which is placed on it. Seals are the most important part to claim warranty of the products. Before claiming the warranty we recommend you to please make sure that all the seals are intact and at their right place same as we send it to you hence request was declined , My question is that if one install product he has to remove all stickers to fix it ,when product carries one month warranty how can they deny my claim before agreeing to their irrational warranty conditions.Pl provide me justice and help me claim my product or refund the money,
