Service issue

Hi,

I bought one karbonn mobile model no is A99i in december 2014 and after few months suddenly its working stoped,so we just visited karbonn service center in delhi after many follow they did not given proper response.On every follow up they given answer will update you one week but still did get proper response.I had handover my phone 18th march 2015 and its completly 2 months my job sheet no. K;JASPDL10835K25281.kindly address this issue on priority basis.
