I gave my HTC one X for repair at the HTC servicing center in Kolkata – TVS located at Emall.
The damage was beyond warranty so I agreed to pay the charges after the repair.
First of all its took them weeks to repair the phone and give it to be though it was a paid service, the bill was 26K as expected. but the delay was intolerable.
After a lot of calls and follow ups I got my phone back and i had to rush out of the City for a month, in the meanwhile I saw the camera of the phone has been is pathetic, i seems they have replaced it, the lens are tilted and the front camera doesnt even have a covering. I am not sure what kind of tech are hired in HTC servicing center but this is not tolerable. Customer harassment and bad service provided.
I want my phone fixed but they are not ready to take it up .
