Service is not good

Hi team,

I am shahavar, My personal contact number is 8123443264, Mail [email protected]

Since from one year I am using Postpaid dongle number is 9108789387, i am facing network issue as I was not getting the proper speed so I had raised many complaints even though the ticket was not resolved.

Finally I decided to convert to prepaid so submitted the documents in Airtel outlet and coordinator said it will take 4 business working days, after completing two weeks also Post number 9108789387 is not converted to prepaid.

I am tired of calling airtel customer team, please assist me.
