I am Balbir Singh Bhadauria presently residing 435 news ganga hung ,panki , Kanpur. I purchased a Mobile Ke novo KI plus I mei no 864829034277597 and other no 86482934277605 online. At present it’s charger is not working . Other system also not working properly. I went to service center for its servicing but they denied service saying it got water into Mobile’s charging port .So it is out of warranty.but it is still in warranty period.l purchased it on 22- 09-2017 and it’s warranty period is one year.
