Service complaint for Videocon Washing Machine

I have purchased a Washing Machine Model ROSA VS76RSGL of capacity 7.6 Kgs from M/s Jai Hanuman Enterprises, Angul, Odisha under Retail Invoice No. 3908 dated 22.07.2012.

The machine is under Guarantee Period and has developed with some problems as the water drain Knob is not functioning. I am not able to use the Machine.

Complaint No. BHU2703130065 lodged on 27.03.2013.

But the above complaint was closed on 14.04.2013 without rectifying the defects.

On 14.04.2013 another complaint BHU1404130001 lodged.

But till date the problem is not resoved by Videocon team.
