We purchased the whirlpool 360 bloom wash washing machine on 1 Oct 2014.
Asked for its demo and installation. the person came for the demo gave a very general verbal details of the machine. After using it for the first time we faced some problem in the working of the machine. During the only rinse and spin process the LED screen was reading 551 and a continuous beep. We need to restatrt the machine again.
When we asked the customer service and told them about it and their service man’s performance and our dissatisfaction they were not ready to listen anything on the customer part.
They were so free as if they knew that there is nobody to listen to the customer and sort out their issues not even a the whirlpool service center.
Their attitude and behavior was too negative and unappealing.
