Dear Sir/ Mam,
I Purchase a handset form Motorola and I faced a problem for phone hanging and touch, after that I contact to Motorola service centre and they commit me for mobile phone you take back in next 10-15 days but after that they said you please contact to Motorola customer care because we have no status about your phone then I contact to customer care of Motorola and they said we have no status please give your job sheet no and contact us after one week then we give you status and after one week I call again to Motorola customer care and again they said same word we have no status you call us again one week and I called today then again said pls give me one week more so please help me, because today I am feeling helpless and what should I do and if you may help for my problem please help and how can I proceed for consumer forum please tell me revert or call me on my mobile

I received my phone but it is not working properly, they people taken 1.5 month time but they don’t make me satisfied, after check my phone and I return back to service centre and they said you submit your phone again and we arrange your part and senior person is not pick my phone also they people cant give properly service on time,Please help me I said him to give me a new phone if you people can’t make it correct my phone problem they said no we can’t give,
