Dear Sir/Madam,
I have submitted my HTC wildfire mobile phone bearing the IMEI – 357758047082740 and the S/N is SH14RPY06117 on 19 June 2012 as the phone was not working at all it was dead.So I submitted my phone in SAP MOBILES(Dadar-Mumbai) of HTC and they promised me to return my phone within 10 days but after 10 days they are not giving my phone and saying that the phone has not yet come and there are absolutly no updates on the phone.I called customer care of HTC they said that the phone has been withheld for non-availability of materials.Its being 21 days since my phone is taken by the company and there is no spare peice provided to me for the meantime. I always get the same reply and there’s absolutely no co-ordination between the service centres and the call centres.I am having a lot of problems and the people there are not behaving properly.Now it has been a long time kindly help me with my problem.I have bought the phone on 10th June 2011.I want my phone to be replaced.Hope you will help me with my problem I am looking forward for your help.
