Service Center not responding

I am using Samsung refrigerator for the last two years and it is have cooling problem for the last three days.I have called Service center almost 50 times but they are not ready to come to my place and look after the problem although my refrigerator is in warranty period. One of the executives who looks after the problem at Howrah has bluntly denied to entertain the service request and has said that we can drop complaint to whomever we want but he wont come to look after the problem.

Samsung seems to cheat consumers under its brand name.
