hi i have bought a symphony winter cooler from COOL AIRCONDITIONING, H-69A, DILSHAD GARDEN, DELHI-95 from Rs 8600.00 on 5/3/2012.my cooler serial no. is 14a1611m31878.In just after 3 months cooler’s fan is broken itself 1 week ago.i have lodge a complaint to symphony service center my complaint number is: KME25F12014. now it has been one week no executive from symphony visit to my home yet.i live on top floor which is very hot during day and night. my child could not sleep. when i threat them that i will go to the consumer court. they replied go ahead. they have no fear of you. their service center in PATEL NAGAR GHAZIABAD concerned person is ARUN (8595115121) and TYAGI (9212201458, 01206484730)PLS HELP ME, THESE PEOPLE DONT HAVE LAW FEAR.
