Service Benefit issue

hello,
I, Ramsing had opted a service called airtel secure from the company all the charges for subscription was paid . As per the service term and condition it covers liquid damage and accidentally damage mobile device claim if it was fall under T and C. In my case All the terms and condition was fulfilled but due to some system err from AIRTEL they are not processing the device claim with my three unsuccessfull attemps ever ther is no fault found from my end as a customer. All the possible tries i had tried , front end communication, even with nodal desk, too. But still they are not processing for claim. So kindly intimate AIRTEL about same as if they are providing some service with monthly subscription and what benefit they are deleivering is like nothing ,olny they doing is taking charges without any benefit.
